Nove wakes up and calls me on Skype. I love the way she looks when she wakes up so I put a picture on my post. Big mistake which started a huge argument. I took the picture down but since this is page and not my main blog she probably won't see. If she does I'm dead

We are still arguing and it all comes down to the language barrier and learning the different cultural customs. Something as simple as me saying I can't wait to be able to hold you in my arms means to her I am not willing to wait. Learning the cultural differences is more difficult than the distance and knowledge that it will be two years before we are together and let me tell you those two facts are extremely difficult to accept.
No relationship is a cakewalk, but if it is meant to be and you can work through the difficulties it is all worth it and she is worth it.

Today has been a wonderful day. Nove woke up with the most beautiful smile this morning. We Skyped for two hours and we didn't want to get off but we both had work to do. I'm so in love.

When I'm in a relationship I'm a big believer in not going to bed with an unresolved argument. I can't sleep otherwise and Nove being 7000 miles away and not next to me makes it even worse. I'm learning cultural differences and language barriers are our biggest issue. Tonight we were talking about when we go to the Philippines she will make me this health drink to help my pain. I said simply healthy things always taste like garbage to me and you would of thought I called her the b word. The word garbage made her so mad she slammed the phone down and then hung up on me. I was completely and utterly confused. It took about a day but we resolved the issue.
